Here at Ristorante Mixto, we are proud to offer a variety of Mediterranean food and true Italian hospitality to all our customers. We serve all the classics of the cuisine of our home country, as well as speciality coffees and exquisite wines from our extensive wine list. Enjoy plenty of authentic delicacies, from our homemade pasta to our pizzas, fresh from the wood-fired oven. Freshness and quality are always of paramount importance and we cook our dishes with the utmost passion and love for our food and our customers. Here at Ristorante Mixto in Munich, we go above and beyond to serve Italian classics like stone-baked pizza in a unique and exciting way, and we are passionate about creating an innovative culinary experience.
Recently, we created a new range of vegan dishes. We are very proud to be one of the city’s first vegan pizzerias, but it’s equally important for us to always remain true to our Mediterranean origins. Which is why we offer both traditional Italian options alongside a range of vegetarian and vegan dishes.
We are also proud to be one of the few restaurants in Munich that offers “Pinsa Romana”, which is a traditional dough-based dish made that’s made by a process of natural sourdough fermentation. We use rice and soy flour for this. The dough is slightly thicker than the dough used for pizza, and is wonderfully airy, very wholesome and a tasty alternative to pizza.
Using regional and high-quality vegetables, meat and dairy is of utmost importance to us. In our concise but carefully curated wine list you will find a fine selection of premium wines sourced from Italian vineyards. Of course, our love of delicious food also translates to the dessert menu as well, and our tiramisu alone is sinfully delicious.
Here at Mixto, we offer a truly special dining experience. Our space offers a welcoming and warm atmosphere where you can relax at cosy tables and take it all in. You’ll delight in the smell of fresh coffee wafting through the restaurant and can view our talented pizza chef in action as he skillfully kneads the dough before topping it with market-fresh ingredients and baking it in our traditional brick oven. We are passionate about creating a relaxed and enjoyable experience for our guests.

We opened Ristorante Mixto in 2005 after being inspired after a long journey in the Mediterranean. Our current premises at Lindwurmstraße 13 previously belonged to a small bakery and has long been a focal point in Munich for Italian specialties.
Since we opened, our concept has been refined several times and adapted to suit our clientele, which has resulted in the restaurant becoming a permanent fixture in the Isar city dining scene.
